To all of our patients and customers:
The Center Pharmacy will be permanently closing for business at 4:30PM on Friday, February 12, 2010.
- All prescriptions and patient profiles will be transferred to Covered Bridge Pharmacy, located at 1501 East Route 70, Cherry Hill, NJ, 08034 and be available for filling on Saturday, February 13, 2010.
- Prescription refills will be honored at that location, for the remaining life of the prescription.
- If you so choose, you have the right to transfer your prescription refills to another pharmacy of your choice. This is accomplished by calling the Pharmacy of your choice and giving them the Center Pharmacy prescription refill number, and the phone number of Covered Bridge Pharmacy (856-429-8700). Your Pharmacist will then call the Covered Bridge Pharmacist for appropriate information to transfer the prescription.
